Cool, tranquil and effortlessly stylish, The Palm River Hotel is shaded by indigenous trees that have been growing on the riverbank of the Zambezi for decades. Birds and smaller wildlife still roam freely among the scattering of double-storey buildings, each comprised of the timber, exposed brick and corrugated iron so typical of much historical architecture at the Victoria Falls.
