Verified Safe and comfortable transportation
We asked for a return transfer from the airport hotel in Johannesburg to Madikhe. Reservation troubles and concerns accompany personal travel abroad, but this company had nothing to do with either. Despite the 7 hour time difference, the response was very quick and they simply emailed me the information I needed, so I quickly completed my Reservation. They even emailed me about three days in advance to confirm my Reservation, and on the day, the driver came to my appointment over 20 minutes before. Wonderful. I was able to continue my first trip to South Africa with peace of mind. Of course, the shuttle car and driver were very good. I can recommend it to others!

Verified Excellent service from BiggestLeaf Tours
BiggestLeaf Tours was a fantastic company to handle our transportation needs during our travels outside the Johannesberg area. Our three different drivers, Moses, Masete, and Colin, who provided our transfer services to the Black Rhino Reserve and then to the Madikwe Reserve and back to Johannesberg were all outstanding. They were all personable, on time for our pick-ups, had clean vehicles, and all did an excellent job of driving us to our drop-off locations. A big thank you to Laticia and Elekanyani for their communication before and during our trip. The two of you were a pleasure to work with. When our family returns to the Johannesberg area, we will not hestitate to contact BiggestLeaf Tours for our transportation needs!

Verified Excellent airport to safari transfer
We used Biggestleaf for our transfers between Johannesburg airport and the Welgevonden main gate. We cannot fault the service. We were greeted by our driver Thabiso at the arrival and it was very clear he was from Biggestleaf, and we had been sent his name in advance so we felt safe knowing that we were with the right person. From the second we met him, Thabiso was excellent. He helped us with our bags, offered us cold bottled water for our journey & made us very comfortable. The whole journey was an enjoyable experience, with Thabiso sharing his knowledge and love of his country with us. It was like having our own tour guide! He told us all about Pretoria’s jacaranda trees and how they turn the city purple in spring, he showed us a guide on the animals we might encounter on our safari & discussed the upcoming 30th anniversary of South Africa’s democracy. It was a wonderful experience and made the 3+ hour drive feel easy and smooth! Our drive back was also great - we were exhausted and on a real come down from our incredible safari experience and our driver gave us the space to decompress and prepare for our outbound flight. We didn’t catch his name but both of our journeys were wonderful and we wouldn’t change a thing!

Verified Awesome company to deal with
I had already mentioned in a previous message to Biggestleaf Tours that travelling half way around the world can be very nervous when you don't know who you're dealing with, where you're staying or how you are getting to your destination. It seems that as our senior years go by, every year that passes we are less adventureous on our own, and safety, security and comfort become more important. We worked with Quina of Biggestleaf Tours and could not have asked for our plans to be better organized. We were informed of everything ahead of time, including exactly who was picking us up from our Johannesberg hotel to drive us hours outside the city. Our driver OBEH arrived, wearing a Biggestleaf uniform and transported us to Pilanesberg National Park in a marked Biggestleaf vehicle. Obeh was an embassadore for South Africa, and besides the driver, a great guide. I'm sure he never stopped talking the entire trip. On our return trip from Pilanesberg Park William picked us up at the exact time Quina had arranged, and anything we needed explained on the way to Johannesberg he was ready to answer. Both vehicles looked brand new and were equipped with electric coolers to offer a variety of chilled beverages. Charging was also available for mobile devices, but we did not need that option. I will end by saying that when the time comes for us to go back to South Africa, or should any of our friends or family find it's time to travel there, I highly recommend Biggestleaf Tours. Our short tour was very small in compared to what is available in South Africa, but Quina make us feel like we were as important an anyone else. That is important. Thank you.
