Thank you! Quina Fourie from Biggestleaf Travel helped us organize a absolutely amazing trip to Madikwe Impodimo plus stopover in Fourways and from and transportation to and from the airport. Not sure how to start so let’s begin with some perspective. We have traveled most of South Africa, including Kruger, been on safaris across Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Tanzania. Every place has its uniqueness and beauty. Our five nights over Christmas in Impodimo in Madikwe Game Reserve offers all you can wish for and the gamedrives were fantastic. We saw the big 5, and cheetahs, black rhinos and so much more. This is a top spot for game watching!! The luxury suites features private deck where we, between game drives, watched elefants, girafs, zebras, kudus and impalas passing through - and it was pretty much constantly. Our ranger and our tracker were superb. The food is lovely (with new ala carte to choose from every day) and the staff was very friendly and service minded. In the rooms you have complementary minibar and on the main deck, pool area and even in the hide all services are available. Did I also mention that Madikwe is malaria free. Don’t hesitate just go. If you are looking for an agency to organize your trip I can highly recommend Biggestleaf Travel and Quina Fourie – the service and fast reply was great and truly appreciated. Happy! We have an absolutely excellent 6–hour long safari in Pilanesberg and managed to spot so many animals including a lion, cheetahs and a leopard! Highly Recommend We joined the Pilanesberg Safari Day Tour. Had the pleasure of being driven to the national park by Williem. He was an amazing guy. We joined the game drive with Kgabo Safari & was looked after by George. He ensured we saw as many wildlife as possible. We felt very safe with him. Our consultant Tamsyn Ford was very professional. Great service and a wonderful professional team. I 100% recommend this travel group. They are professional and willing to work with you to make your trip the best it can be. Jenny was wonderful and so quick to respond to our many questions. Byron picked us up from the airport and made the 4 hour drive go quickly with his great personality. The Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway was absolutely beautiful and we were treated so well by all the staff. The return tip was also very professional and done well. The drivers were awesome and when we came to an accident on the road that would have delayed us by 2 hours they found a quicker short cut and got us to the airport well ahead of time for our flight. From Pilanesberg to Johannesburg Soweto After a stay at wonderful Pilanesberg Mr. Biron picked us up and drove us to our hotel in Johannesburg . Before arriving at the hotel we had a sightseeing tour through Soweto and at Mandela's house. We got many impressions and historical facts about this district and all over Joburg. Amazing experience! Amazing team! Incredibly supportive—I lost my wallet at Pilanesberg Park, and they went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. Not only did they track it down, but they even dropped it off at my hotel before I left Johannesburg, which was truly appreciated! A huge thank you to Quina, Doctor, from Biggestleaf and Anna from Aqabo Safari for their kindness and effort. As for the trip itself, everything was seamless from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, with Quina providing all the necessary details. The drive to the park was also very comfortable. The game drive itself was an unforgettable experience. Our driver was dedicated to making sure we saw as many animals as possible. The food at the restaurant where we stopped during the tour was also excellent. This was the same restaurant where I lost my wallet. Thankfully, the staff found it and handed it over to the Kgabo Safari team and Biggestleaf, who ensured it made its way back to me. Amazing People, Incredible Service! I can't recommend BiggestLeaf enough! I usually take things into my own hands when booking and planning vacations. But I used BiggestLeaf to book a stay at Umoya Safari Lodge as well as return transportation from Tambo airport. Jenny was an absolute delight in helping us get everything in order with our stay and answering every question we had. She made it so easy. And for us, the highlight of using BiggestLeaf was the transfer from Johannesburg to Pilanesberg. Not only did it make the 3-hour drive each way stress-free. Our drivers were amazing! Moses and Obi were simply incredible. It was like getting a 3-hour guided tour. We learned so much about the communities, the culture, Pilanesberg Reserve and the animals. Obi's passion for sharing his knowledge was incredible. And they both spoke so highly of BiggestLeaf, so you know it's a well-run company who cares for its employees. Fantastic Trip! We had the absolute best trip coordinated through Biggest Leaf - Daniela worked with us for multiple years (through the pandemic) to coordinate our trip and was so understanding and helpful through all of the pivots and changes. We coordinated two different couples with different arrival plans and she (and the team) was an absolute dream! Our transport coordination was seamless, the actual transport to and from the safari was comfortable, clean and the driver was so nice. Our trip alone was one of the best things we've ever done (Etali Safari Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa). I couldn't recommend Biggest Leaf, or Etali enough.
