OVERVIEW
Lahai Tented Camp straddles the merging of classic tents with lodge amenities and a hotel-sized main area with plenty of guest rooms to choose from. This is one of the Central Serengeti’s bigger camps with several family tents that are ideal if you’re a large, multi-generational family on safari together. The infinity-edge pool is also very generously sized and has splendid hilltop views from the Central Serengeti to the Western Corridor. In fact, you could watch the Migration passing with binoculars if your timing is right!
Tents are expansive, with stone outdoor showers that allow you to continue game watching. Lahai has a gym stocked with free weights, treadmills and an elliptical machine, Wi-Fi and a honeymoon tent for newlyweds.
