OVERVIEW
Soft candlelight, supple leather, gleaming silver and tinkling crystal… Bateleur Camp has a bygone atmosphere in a special location along the Oloololo Escarpment. Set in a private concession alongside the Masai Mara Private Reserve, you can step back in time (but with all the much-needed mod cons like Wi-Fi!).
Separated into north and south camps, Bateleur is named after the eagles that can fly effortlessly for hours in search of prey. Effortless is how the staff make your stay seem – every detail is taken care of. Produce comes straight from the organic kitchen garden and children will be entertained and educated with the special kids’ programme. Grown-ups will relish slipping off the massage sala to ensure complete and utter relaxation…
