OVERVIEW
How do you choose between exciting game drives to find tree-climbing lions and kob antelope, superb birding to spot narina trogons and black bee-eaters, chimp trekking in Kyambura Gorge and boating on the Kazinga Channel? At Ishasha Wilderness Camp, time is all you need to experience this uncrowded Ugandan safari.
Built on the Ntungwe River in the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, this camp is heaven for wildlife lovers. There are very few other vehicles or visitors so it is not unusual to have sightings all to yourself. Large mammals like elephant and buffalo are partnered by smaller ones like vervet and colobus monkeys. Ishasha Wildlife Camp provides old-fashioned Ugandan hospitality in a truly unspoilt riverine forest setting…
