OVERVIEW
The Big 5 become the Super 7 at Klaserie Private Nature Reserve where, in addition to lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo, there are regular sightings of cheetah and wild dog. After the excitement of a dawn game drive, you are welcomed back to Waterside for more thrilling game viewing right at the dam’s edge. This contemporary lodge earns its name with spectacular water vistas, including those from some of the suites.
A children’s club takes care of the youngsters with everything from art to archery while adults can peruse the wine cellar, hit the gym or unwind in the spa. All suites are very comfortable with little touches like electric blankets in winter to ensure a perfect stay.
