OVERVIEW
Clean lines, bold colours, palpable energy and a modern twist make the Radisson RED a favourite with visitors to Cape Town who are on the go and want a hotel to match. Graphic art and other installations line the walls and take you to your pared-back room where every detail is thought through such as soundproof double-glazed windows, individual TVs for kids’ bunk beds and even rooms if you’re bringing your pet or service animal along.
A highlight is the lap pool and bar on the roof, which have spectacular views over the city to iconic Table Mountain. The Radisson RED is in the Silo District of the V&A Waterfront, near the Museum of Contemporary African Art (Zeitz MOCAA) and Robben Island Gateway.
