Jenny from Biggestleaf Travel helped me book my safari experience in Pilanesberg National Park at Tambuti Lodge, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took care of everything, including transportation from Johannesburg, and communicated all the details clearly and efficiently, always with such a friendly and positive attitude. I highly recommend Biggestleaf Travel for the smooth and reliable booking process and the kindness of their team. Thank you! Quina Fourie from Biggestleaf Travel helped us organize a absolutely amazing trip to Madikwe Impodimo plus stopover in Fourways and from and transportation to and from the airport. Not sure how to start so let’s begin with some perspective. We have traveled most of South Africa, including Kruger, been on safaris across Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Tanzania. Every place has its uniqueness and beauty. Our five nights over Christmas in Impodimo in Madikwe Game Reserve offers all you can wish for and the gamedrives were fantastic. We saw the big 5, and cheetahs, black rhinos and so much more. This is a top spot for game watching!! The luxury suites features private deck where we, between game drives, watched elefants, girafs, zebras, kudus and impalas passing through - and it was pretty much constantly. Our ranger and our tracker were superb. The food is lovely (with new ala carte to choose from every day) and the staff was very friendly and service minded. In the rooms you have complementary minibar and on the main deck, pool area and even in the hide all services are available. Did I also mention that Madikwe is malaria free. Don’t hesitate just go. Highly Recommend We joined the Pilanesberg Safari Day Tour. Had the pleasure of being driven to the national park by Williem. He was an amazing guy. We joined the game drive with Kgabo Safari & was looked after by George. He ensured we saw as many wildlife as possible. We felt very safe with him. Our consultant Tamsyn Ford was very professional. Great service and a wonderful professional team. I 100% recommend this travel group. They are professional and willing to work with you to make your trip the best it can be. Jenny was wonderful and so quick to respond to our many questions. Byron picked us up from the airport and made the 4 hour drive go quickly with his great personality. The Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway was absolutely beautiful and we were treated so well by all the staff. The return tip was also very professional and done well. The drivers were awesome and when we came to an accident on the road that would have delayed us by 2 hours they found a quicker short cut and got us to the airport well ahead of time for our flight. From Pilanesberg to Johannesburg Soweto After a stay at wonderful Pilanesberg Mr. Biron picked us up and drove us to our hotel in Johannesburg . Before arriving at the hotel we had a sightseeing tour through Soweto and at Mandela's house. We got many impressions and historical facts about this district and all over Joburg. Our Zambia The trip was amazing!   All felt the accommodations and the adventures were incredible. The transfers were smooth, the team at JNB upon our return was key !  I do not think we would have made the connection to Swiss Air without the team shuffling us quickly through passport control. The accommodations were fantastic - well beyond what my kids expected!  The teams at the Kafunta and Royal Zambezi couldn't have been more accommodating.  We were treated very well, and all were thrilled!  I believe we spotted every animal with the exception of a male lion.  The drivers were unbelievable the way the searched and spotted the animals in their habitat.  They were knowledgeable about all the wildlife, including birds.  One of my sons-in-law loves bird watching and he was impressed and thrilled with the sightings and the guides' assistance. Thank you for all of your help with the planning and setting up a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family. Jenny & Sarah assisted me in organising a surprise trip for my husbands 70th birthday in two different locations, Welgavonden at Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway (Jenny) and Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda (Sarah).
