I usually take things into my own hands when booking and planning vacations. But I used BiggestLeaf to book a stay at Umoya Safari Lodge as well as return transportation from Tambo airport. Jenny was an absolute delight in helping us get everything in order with our stay and answering every question we had. She made it so easy. And for us, the highlight of using BiggestLeaf was the transfer from Johannesburg to Pilanesberg. Not only did it make the 3-hour drive each way stress-free. Our drivers were amazing! Moses and Obi were simply incredible. It was like getting a 3-hour guided tour. We learned so much about the communities, the culture, Pilanesberg Reserve and the animals. Obi's passion for sharing his knowledge was incredible. And they both spoke so highly of BiggestLeaf, so you know it's a well-run company who cares for its employees.Do yourself a favor and use BiggestLeaf. We had the absolute best trip coordinated through Biggest Leaf - Daniela worked with us for multiple years (through the pandemic) to coordinate our trip and was so understanding and helpful through all of the pivots and changes. We coordinated two different couples with different arrival plans and she (and the team) was an absolute dream! Our transport coordination was seamless, the actual transport to and from the safari was comfortable, clean and the driver was so nice. Our trip alone was one of the best things we've ever done (Etali Safari Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa).
