OVERVIEW
Kasane is one of Botswana’s most popular areas because of its proximity to the Victoria Falls in neighbouring Zimbabwe and to Chobe National Park, the world’s elephant kingdom. Chobe Game Lodge is the only accommodation in this part of the park, meaning you skip the morning queues at the gates.
Other plusses include being able to host very large groups in the air-conditioned rooms, some of which are wheelchair-friendly. The boats and vehicles are electric thanks to solar power and local women comprise the entire guiding team – this is a place of firsts! Combine all of this with the full spa, romantic honeymoon suite and expansive river views and you have a safari destination that ticks all the boxes.
