OVERVIEW
Sasakwa Lodge feels like a grand English country house that has been placed on a green hill overlooking the acacia-dotted plains of the Grumeti Private Reserve. Abutting the Western Corridor of Serengeti National Park, this area welcomes the migrating wildebeest around mid-year.
When you’re not out looking for incredible sightings, you can play a few sets of tennis on the clay court, or pass time in the gym and spa. Young children are cared for by babysitters while older ones can embark on the customisable Mini Rangers Course. Cottages are differently configured with bedrooms and bathrooms so families and groups can stay in complete comfort. At night, blazing fireplaces give the crystal chandeliers and polished antiques a warm, cosy glow.
