OVERVIEW
The popular image of the Serengeti is endless golden savannah, rolling in gentle hills as far as the eye can see. But in the northern Serengeti, the massive granite boulders of the Wogakuria Hills provide an awe-inspiring setting for Kuria Hills Lodge. Sophisticated suites with large glass doors that open onto sunny private decks and azure plunge pools offer up views of the nearby Isuria Escarpment.
At mid-year, the Migration is the centre point as the animals head north to cross the Mara River. The action doesn’t pause though – the presence of resident game is prolific in any month. Children will love joining the Lemala Cubs while grown-ups can slip off for some ‘me-time’ in the lovely Melengali Spa.
