OVERVIEW
The mature mahogany trees at Bilimungwe are so big that they provide full shade for the four rooms found at this small but perfectly appointed bush camp. Blending into the natural environment means the camp supports a plethora of birdlife and its three waterholes have been known to be the private wallowing grounds of resident hippo.
The whole camp is built of local timber by skilled artisans and the warm wood is punctuated by vivid pops of colour provided by traditional chitenge cloth cushions.
