OVERVIEW
Khwai Bush Camp has something for everyone. Conveniently en route between Maun and Moremi Game Reserve, its position in a private concession allows views of the Khwai River and access to Moremi itself. Children will adore joining the Ngwana Club (Setswana for ‘explorer’) where specialist guides will take them on bush walks around camp, teach them crafts and let them go wild at the pizza oven. Other guests will enjoy visiting Khwai Village, an authentic settlement where people and wildlife co-exist.
The camp is unusual in that the chalets are constructed from brick and mortar – great for when elephants are moving through! The area is rich in lion and leopard, and high-season mokoro excursions open up a spectacular water wonderland.
