OVERVIEW
Lying on an island deep in the Okavango Delta in the prolific Jao concession means Kwetsani is a paradise for herbivores such as iconic reedbuck, tssesebe, red lechwe and timid sitatunga. But where there are herbivores, there are also carnivores like lion, leopard and wild dog. Built into the soaring fig and mangosteen trees, each of the lodge’s handful of tents looks out over the thriving floodplains, meaning you never know what you’ll see from your private deck.
Each spacious room is constructed from a sophisticated combination of canvas, timber and glass to be comfortable while preserving a connection to nature. Kwetsani is ideal for couples, honeymooners and safari lovers who want an intimate environment with extraordinary game on tap.
