OVERVIEW
As the wildebeest move, so does Nasikia Mobile Migration Camp, setting up throughout the year in stunning locations within easy reach of the herds. As the year begins, camp is down south at Ndutu to welcome the spring rains and birth of literally thousands of wildebeest. As always with nature, this is a bittersweet spectacle as their wobbly vulnerability is exactly what attracts cheetahs, hyenas, leopards, wild dogs and lions.
The excitement continues unabated in the second half of the year when both the Migration and the camp are in the northern Serengeti at Kogatende. The most popular time of the year to see the wildebeest, being in a tented camp keeps you constantly connected to their sounds, smells and movements.
