OVERVIEW
The Selinda Spillway is an ephemeral channel in the Selinda Reserve, coming and going as the floodwaters rise and fall in the Okavango Delta. This 130 000 hectare / 321 000 acres private area is known for good populations of both predators and prey. In the heart is Okavango Explorers, a charming camp where simplicity, attention to detail and service seamlessly merge. Echoing back to the candle and canvas safaris of the past, it gives experienced safari lovers a glimpse of yesteryear without sacrificing comfort.
In addition to day and night drives, seasonal fishing, nature walks and canoeing are added to the activities mix. The Young Explorers programme is perfect for keeping older children engaged and entertained.
