OVERVIEW
The Santawani concession in the south-eastern Okavango Delta is a special place where several habitats mingle: the riverine forest of the Gomoti River, mopane woodlands and acacia-dotted floodplains all come together. This makes for an outstanding variety of game, including cheetah and wild dog. It is also one of the last water sources during the dry season for animals moving from Nxai and Makgadkgadi Pans, adding to the incredible sightings.
Rra Dinare means ‘Father Buffalo’ and is the brother camp to Mma Dinare (Mother Buffalo). It is laidback and the perfect place to unplug all your devices for a revitalizing digital detox. Naturally, buffalo are abundant here and the views over the Gomoti floodplains are a great way to spot them.
