OVERVIEW
It’s hard to say which is more fascinating in the Sossusvlei Private Desert Reserve: day or night. Daytime means game drives, cycling on e-bikes, ballooning over the world’s oldest desert and nature walks in the star dunes; night time means being awed by the sunset, peering through the high-tech telescope to see planets, comets and moons then continuing the celestial show in bed under the retractable skylight!
Sossusvlei Desert Lodge is packed with plenty of treats for young and old. Children will be thrilled by the activities in the kids’ programme while adults can enjoy the wine cellar, interactive kitchen, gym and spa. Here, the pristine air, true solitude and Namibian hospitality combine to an unusual and inspiring safari experience.
