Transfers between lodges are usually done by game-drive vehicle or light aircraft. But this special itinerary has a unique twist: your transfer in Hwange National Park is via an old-fashioned train! The Elephant Express is part of an older network that is still operational and takes guests on a fun journey between sidings. You have three nights at The Hide, which is one of Hwange’s iconic camps and best-known for its secluded ‘bunker’ at the waterhole that is a magnet for species great and small.
